The room was extremely pleasant and had a dining area, WiFi, and a TV. the decor in the room was cosy. - the food was outstanding. - the location of the hotel is magnificent and lovely, away from the town center. - the hotel is conveniently based near Norwich.

The breakfast offered was delicious and well-stocked with juices, toast, bacon. The booked room was brand-new and contemporary with complimentary tea and coffee. The location was peaceful, away from the centre of town!

The hotel was a great value for money, with prices that exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail was impressive, with very contemporary and comfortable rooms that were well kept. We loved the spacious outdoor areas that provided both sunshine and shade, as well as the comfortable public areas inside. The location was quiet and convenient, making it easy to explore nearby venues and places of interest. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Our room was huge, with a separate area for our son and his own massive TV, which made him very happy. Despite being a little tired and not the cleanest, the room was tastefully decorated. The highlight of our stay was the Carlton 4 poster bed, which was incredibly comfortable.
All in all, our experience at this hotel was great and we couldn't find any faults.

The value for money at Carlton Manor was excellent, with spacious and clean rooms that had all the necessary amenities. The location was quiet yet conveniently close to main roads, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The only thing that could have made breakfast even better was a wider variety of options available.
